"Friendly staff. I had been traveling for three days with no sleep and they gave me an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. Cleaned the room daily and made my stay a pleasant one. This was the second time I have stayed at this Hotel during my Cuenca visits."
"need to improve hot water system terrible to hot o to cold never right temperature also must install garbage can inside de room as well outside of the property"
"Nos agradó:
- El ambiente familiar.
- Gente muy culta.
- Limpieza de todas las área muy adecuada.
Observación:
Falta variedad de frutas en el desayuno"
"We spent 16 days at Hotel Ensuenos. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly. It's family operated. They provide breakfast every morning at no additional cost. If you need to eat dinner, you tell them what you want they'll cook it for you at a minimal cost. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The location was great because we had access to public transportation easily. They clean your room, empty the garbage etc. I will definitely come back again."
"A beautiful family owned historic home turned into a boutique hotel! Breakfast was home cooked. Close to historic downtown! The property owners weee very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs! Highly recommend!"
