It was 104F while we were there and our first night, the AC in our room did not work despite being told at check-in and later that it would be fixed by 20:00. "Superb location! Minutes away from major attractions, so we were able to go back to the hotel multiple times during the day to freshen up and cool down in the hot temperature this August. Breakfast selection was good, room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The receptionists there were very friendly and helpful too. We loved our stay here while in Florence."
"The hotel is so conveniently located! We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go. The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. We didn’t leave for our train station on the last day until 430. They had no problem letting us store our luggage until we had to go.. Every day they had fresh water, juice, and hot water for tea with cookies during the day if you wanted to a quick refreshment or a snack. I would 100% recommend this hotel."

"The property is centrally located to duomo. The property is old and the room and furnishings are dated. The AC didn’t work in our 1st room so we had to change.
