"This is the place to stay if you have a flight the next morning out of Edinburgh. Literally a WALK out the front door - over to the departure gates. Perfect for that. Decent food in the restaurant and a nice space downstairs for meeting / hanging out."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. All those small this does have air-conditioning nice shower, nice room lighting and the windows had appropriate light blocking shades - which for anyone in the US who is not used to a 1030 or 11 o’clock summer sunset, those were so valuable. The breakfast is extra but if you’re planning to get up and get out earlier than the local coffee shops open around 8:00 or 9:00, then worth it! The staff was super lovely. We even had our room ready a bit early...

"Nice hotel close to the airport so you can walk. Great breakfast buffet with everything you want. A little pricey but location is the reason."

"Das Hotel liegt auf dem Campus der Universität direkt am Fuß des Arthur Seat. Das Hotel hat mehr als 500 Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Auf dem Campus gibt es ein Restaurant/Bar wo relativ günstig Pizza und Bier angeboten wird."

"This is definitely an older hotel. Our room was large and the bathroom was well equipped with a shower bathtub that was huge. What sets this hotel apart is the great location. Walking distance to everything, including the royal mile, the train station and lovely park. I wish they had an ice machine so we didn't have to bug the bartender. Breakfast had real eggs to order. Yeah!!"
