"The hotel was in a great location. The airport bus stopped about 10 minutes walk away. Marks and Spencer’s, local shops, esplanade and theatre are all within walking distance.
The hotel offers a good breakfast and the rooms are a good size."
"Great location right opposite the beach. Plenty of parking onsite and around the hotel. Amenities were good and we enjoyed the entertainment evening, something rarely seen on IOM. Comfy room and friendly staff."

"A convenient self-catering apartment close to the beach. A lovely welcome by the woman on reception and the cleaning staff also very nice.
Kitchen area was well-equipped and the bathroom had a bath and shower. Bedroom was spacious.
Only down-side was hearing the person in the apartment above us stomping around through the floor-boards! But I guess this is normal for a victorian building.

"The property was in an ideal location for all the Bowling Greens used for the Isle of Man Bowls Festival.
Only 5 minutes walk to the local Tesco and 10 minutes to the sea front.
The apartment was clean and comfortable with no noise from the other apartments in the building.
When staying in the apartments you have use of the restaurant and bar in the sister hotel which us 2 minutes walk away.

"The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed."
"Room was tidied ,bin emptied daily. I used a shared bathroom which was cleaned regularly. Breakfast was brilliant, great variety of cereal and cooked breakfast if needed . It was just a base to explore the island so it was adequate."
"It was quite a frustrating stay. We had issues with getting our room fully cleaned (checked in on Monday, room cleaned on Thursday). Also, the second morning we were woken up by a complete construction next door - no warning, no notice. With that said, after many trips to the reception, the issues were fixed and the staff was apologetic. Also, great central location and great breakfast."
"I was given a warm welcome on arrival, and nothing was too much trouble during my stay. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. They made me a nice full English breakfast in the morning and there was everything else you needed for a decent breakfast including cereal, yogurt, orange and toast as well as tea.
