"It was busy as they had a big group of bikers staying and had a darts competition that night.. taking place..struggled to park tho it was late at night staff came out helped me find somewhere to park.. good price that including anything on menu for breakfast.. we had a room that had massive bathroom and two double beds and sofa with tv would definitely stay again. No noise as on high street"
"Toilet in room not clean when we checked in, advised reception and went to spa. Came back 2 hours later and still not cleaned, my partner went back to reception then had to show receptionist the mess left in the toilet, she said had checked and hadn’t seen anything wrong so just left it the first time.. couple hairs on the bedding, but after trying to sort the toilet never bothered to say anything. spa showers not very clean, clumps of hair. Restaurant had no menus, had to wait about 10 mins...
"We knew there was work being carried out in the hotel Scaffolding outside not an issue to us. Room was clean no issues at all. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Best bit was the buffet style breakfast couldn’t fault it at all. We booked for 1 night good location for everything. Will definitely return."

Property does need updating and is being refurbished ,my room was very clean as off the hotel its self.

"The room was very large and clean as was the bathroom. But it felt cosy. The staff at the pub were incredibly nice and helpful. It was a very nice, comforting stay with good food."
"The staff were extremely helpful helping us in and out with baggage and helping us in any way we needed. The only disapointment I felt was not taking gluten free that seriously . They did have the bread but meals were another thing and two days I had not choice of sweet. Otherwise I would go there again if we can travel that far another year."
"Property was conveniently located. However some item needed repair although they could be used. Example: the shower leaked water which wasted water. The TV didn’t have a video signal although that may have need due to storms. Staff were very helpful and room was clean and neat."
