"Pros: The room was extremely clean as were the sheets, surfaces and fixtures in the bedroom and bathroom. Cons: The shower is not well designed, because to turn it on, you’re forced to stand in the way of the oncoming water — before you get a chance to regulate it. The curtains in the room didn’t close entirely, meaning outside lights were always visible during the night. The sign on the door said to use the door chain for extra security but there was no chain. My check-in time was 3:00 pm...

"The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, parking was extremely convenient, and the hotel is well located in the loop."

"They had one parking lot attendant many times with 20 to 30 people waiting on cars to be delivered. Sofa had body fluid on it. It was filthy, the mattress was disgustingly lumpy bad and old. Terrible service at breakfast incompetent waiters and waitresses. I will never stay at that location again and I’m questioning Hilton from this point on."

"This hotel was a good size for our family of 5. The unit was spacious with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. the living room has a pull out couch. The kitchenette had the essentials, the only thing missing was kettle. This hotel is about 2 blocks from Michigan ave just down the street from the drake hotel. The breakfast was ok, it has the basics to get your day going but I don’t think our family would rave about it."
