"Booked a last minutes stay and was pleased with how clean and comfortable the rooms were. The AC was great especially during the humid summer and the staff were great in accommodating us with holding our luggage while we explored the city. Close to the green line subway as well. Would recommend!"

"It was clean, the staff was helpful. There was no maid service. We realized after a couple of days and the trash built up and the towels never dried. We asked for clean towels and they were delivered. The room was smaller than a small camper. The bed filled the room so one of us had to crawl over the other to go to the bathroom. "The location is excellent. Very short stroll to Public Garden, Boston Common and T- subway line. We were a bit surprised at the small size of the room. It was tight and the layout was not very efficient. Not sure about the bar and restaurant. Watched FIFA game at 4:00 PM and the bar was NOT open. Don't think we ever saw the restaurant. Still, they have a free washer/dryer on the 15th floor which was handy after a long trip."
