"Aunque se encontraban en mantenimiento los baños de la parte alta de la segunda piscina se encontraban sucios y en regular estado, asi mismo algunas sillas se encuentran desabilitadas y antiguas las deberian quitar. asi mismo los precios son diferentes en la pagina que hice la reservacion, subiendo el doble de lo que pague por un noche"

"Incompetent management:
1. The wrong address is posted
2. After more than 10 calls and messages, manager finally returned a WhatsApp message saying there was no availability.
3. Now equally incompetent neither Expedia nor the property management is issuing a refund.
