"i completed my reservation online with Expedia. Then it took almost 20 minutes to get my reservation complete at the hotel, as if i had done nothing on Expedia. and they also tried to get me to pay again. the hotel is need of a remodel. if feels 30 years old and not in a good way. you have to carry your luggage down a flight of stairs to go to the elevator. the room was clean. and the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly but not very competent. there are 2 or 3 hotels that share the same...

"Initially was given a disabled room which whilst large was not suitable - bathroom had no shelving space and the water filled the room. There was a large gap in the door so you could see inside from the corridor. Second room was much better. But noisy clubs and bars nearby made it difficult to sleep and the windows don't close properly. The breakfast selection was very good and service from the staff excellent."
