"Waiting over an 1 1/2 hours after check in time for room. None of the rooms were ready on top 3 floors . Management was excellent however was not accommodating to inconvenience. Lost dinner reservations due to not being able to access our hotel room. Poop was filled with kids as sports convention was in town so didn't have use. Breakfast was amazing is best I can say about stay. Had to pay to exit parking garage as key was not working was also charged on credit card for parking . So out money...

"This was a beautiful hotel close to the best part of North Adams. The gallery on the lobby floor gives it an upscale vibe but without too high a price tag. It was very convenient for our college visit to Williams College. It was very quiet even directly across from the elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee was good. But,my one note would be there wasn't anything else offered for breakfast that my picky eater teenager would eat."

"Clean hotel and room. Staff were very helpful and very kind. Arrived to our room and toiletries were empty, so had to go to the front desk for new bottles. AC kept kicking off and on throughout the night and didn’t run consistently even though it was not on auto mode. Room was not very sound resistant and we unfortunately had very loud neighbors. Aside from that it was a great quick stay."
