Nicely renovated former motel with great staff and a very cool bar/lounge area! Very conveniently located close to Tanglewood and other interesting places to visit. And the Le Labo toiletries were a nice surprise :)

I found the staff to be great and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I had a nice dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the outdoor patio. My main concern was the value for the price was not what I'd expect. However, at a lower price point, I'd stay again.

I stayed for a short time, this had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Room was a clean, had a comfy bed, was quiet, and very friendly staff to greet me both when I checked in and out… with yummy coffee in the morning. It’s a basic stay, but everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

They have a strong marketing team. It feels like this expansive lobby area with dif zones. It’s a refurnished Motel that they stuck an end lobby on. The rooms were clean enough the bed and linens were great. Not worth the money that we paid.

Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full.

I usually stay here and yes staff are nice and rooms are decent but I’ve seen a decline in amenities. Maybe the expense of things - bathrobe in room, water and snacks were what I was used to seeing .in the room.

The location was good since it was close to Lenox and tangle wood. Ample parking space. Clean but you have to ask for your room to be made up. The aesthetics were poor. The hotel was one long semi sphere perched on the side of the highway. It was an impersonal hotel with nothing memorable. The staff were competent. The hotel grounds provided no protection for either rain or severe heat.

Loved my stay here! The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed with a small bar and dining area. My room was spotless with an updated and spacious bathroom. The bed and linens were comfortable and there was a cozy reading chair as well. I loved the thoughtful decorative nods to the Berkshires and its history throughout. My only suggestion would be an adjustable desk chair as it was pretty low.

This was a great stay! The room and hotel itself were up to date and was overall a great location to check out the Berkshires. We ate one night at the hotel too and the dinner was really good! I recommend the mushroom ravioli, would stay again.

For an old roadside motel they have turned this into the coziest little place. The library is charming, the rooms are cool and comfortable and the food was wonderful. Highly recommend

We stayed for 2 nights at Berkshires Untold. Cleanliness is my top priority where I stay, and this place was exceptional. The staff was very professional and friendly especially the staff at the restaurant there. We had dinner one night and breakfast twice. While the food was slightly overpriced for the portion sizes, it was delicious!! Get the S’Mores Flight dessert for sure! At night we sat outside by the gas fire pits and enjoyed listening to a classical string trio which was very nice. The noise level was very low with only the usual other guests going by our room and an occasional car. My only suggestion would be for better lighting in the room but that was minor. There is no pool just fyi. We would stay there again and highly recommend.
