"This is a great hotel, perfect for visiting the Empire Theatre and right next to the train station. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, the addition of a robe & slippers was great. I've stayed here a couple of times and there is never anything to fault it."

"Easy to find. Parking was close to the hotel. Lounge area was lovely, some wonderful features in there. Room, basic. Appreciated the fan and the long black out curtains - worked a treat! Did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment, but lots of venues to choose from within walking distance of hotel. It was a great base to explore Liverpool - we did a lot of walking."

"We checked in on the 21/7/26 at 17:00 for an over night stay on my daughter’s birthday,we also had my granddaughter age 10 with us. The man behind reception was rude and dismissive he hurriedly pushed a piece of paper towards me barking write yourhome address and sign. He pushed a door key card at me and snapped third floor. I didn’t catch the room number he said so I asked again which room number please? he wrote 317. We called for the lift when it came it smelled awful and there were buttons...
