"Very clean and lots of useful amenities"

"There’s signs up saying “under construction” but the cat pee smell was terrible. We stayed all of 3 hours then got up and left."

"Definitely recommend"

"Very conveniently located in historic downtown Melbourne. Will stay nowhere else when in Melbourne."

"The hotel was clean and decorated so nicely. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant."

"They are going through a bit of a reno in parts, but this was a great stay when down visiting family! Super friendly staff and clean room. Very convenient to everything. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Nice to stay"

"My bathroom sink did not drain, and it was extremely dirty upon check in. I was not pre-told that the swimming pool was under construction and unavailable during my entire stay. Despite these things, the staff were amazing and the room was very pleasant. Hot showers and good water pressure. Staff were very kind."

"A little dated. But clean. Staff friendly. No complaints"

"The pool was not heated, the showers outside pool didn't work on first floor. And who doesn't have hash browns in breakfast. Worse of all, the cook had no idea how to accommodate for vegetarian diet or meals."

"All around a great place."

"Beautiful view of the ocean, small resort style , quiet and peaceful. Large shopping center is a 10 minute speed walk."

"Had the cheapest room and it was still massive—basically a suite. Location’s perfect, an easy walk to the water and tons of restaurants. The owner’s super friendly, and having free bikes and kayaks to use was an awesome bonus. Highly recommend!"

"The pictures of the units and property are way better than in person. The property’s outside landscaping is very over grown in the front making it hard to see. The courtyard is very unkept. The inside of my unit was clean. The road noise from traffic at night made it hard to sleep"
