"good"

"Great location"

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Given that it’s a historical hotel, expected that the rooms are a little tighter. But good location, there’s convenient offsite parking nearby if you have a car or there’s good access to public transit options. Would recommend!"

"stayed here for 4 nights for dreamforce - the hotel is antique. the room had an odd old feeling to it and it is definitely dated. the homeless problem in the neighbourhood is definitely there - as a woman traveling alone at night it did not feel safe (especially when you need your key to get in the front door after the sun goes down)."

"Overall amazing stay!"

"Old, broken, and dirty. Just like the city itself."
