"Staff mess up our room. Gave us a room and key that had people already in the room. How embarrassing it was for us to open a locked room with a key card we were given to open it to guess already in the room let alone the mother and children we walked in on. Went back to desk had to wait in line again to get different room. Then she didn't tell us where the room was so we tried to find it our self, could not had to to back to the desk while we are carrying all our luggage for her to tell us it...

"We had a great stay for the OSU graduation. We were a big group and there was plenty of room. The air mattresses were a great touch. Communication was great throughout. The area is quiet and safe.
