"My daughter and I stayed for two nights, while visiting my son. The hotel from the staff to amenities to location were spot on. The positives:The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were lovely, friendly but not pushy. The amenities: pool was gorgeous, not too warm but not cold either, I’d recommend going early so you can fantasise that’s it’s your own. The rooms were spotless clean, towels big enough to cover a curvy person and so fluffy. Bonus for the biscuits. Breakfast was buffet style,...

"Lovely from start to finish. Staff excellent - the meals were the best I had in two weeks in the UK. Make sure to ask for the bedroom on the first floor with the patio area - fantastic ! (Team Grafton - maybe a sign for which door is reception could be helpful but not mandatory : -) "
