"The resort has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, with amazing views and plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall service made our stay comfortable and memorable. It was the perfect getaway to unwind, spend quality time with family, and enjoy the beauty of Muskoka. No complimentary water inside our room nor tea or coffee in the hotel lobby at Bayshore building where we stayed but overall experience was great! We would definitely come back again!"

"We checked into our room which was dated but okay. The floors felt dirty and wet. We settled in and decided to lake the best of it but when we climbed into bed the bedding was damp at our feet. We called the front desk who tried to help by bringing fresh bedding but when we went to change the sheets we discovered the foot of the mattress was soaked with who knows what!!! We asked to change rooms and they accommodated us with another room without a lake view but thankfully with a dry mattress. ...

Die inserierten Bilder auf Expedia sahen ordentlich aus, aber in echt war das Moorhaven einfach abgenutzt... Nach kurzer Inspektion der Unterkunft hatten wir schreckliche Kopfschmerzen von Raumduft. Also wäre durchgehend Anti-Mückenspray versprüht worden. Das Bad, heruntergekommen, voller Flecken, würde ich niemals benutzen. Positiv: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist praktisch gelegen, der See direkt...
