"The rooms were nice, but we did have to wash the coffee maker. It looked like someone was making coffee out of sand. Jay at the front desk was excellent, and the checkin was smooth. We arrived late, so he gave us a late checkout. Thanks Jay "

"Hot tubs could have been hotter, jets did not work. Icefields parkway was closed due to avalanche (I’m in Calgary) and staff was not accommodating regarding cancellations or re booking, had to drive 6.5 hours around to get there in a storm, not happy about that."

"Room smelt terrible, like greasy fish. We had 4 rooms booked and had cancelled one night on one room. Had email confirmation from the hotel and from Expedia. The staff at check in were less than helpful, saying we have to pay for that one night. The manager on site was also useless. So back to Expedia I had to go, waiting on hold for another hour of my life, for something that was already taken care of weeks in advance. Pool was ok. Crowded and noisy, but the kids liked it. "Stayed March 17 and 18. The hotel is currently under renovation however we had no issues. Our room faced the highway but I did not experience issue with sound. The beds were awesome. So comfortable. I would stay here again. "
