"We had dirty room and roaches. Very disappointed based on the reviews this was going to a good stay. Staff were very friendly, good location for where we needed to be. Just super disappointed with the cleanliness of the room."
"This was literally the worst hotel stay of my entire life. Arrived at 11pm to check in, and apparently our room wasn’t ready or clean. The front desk staff didn’t really know what was happening, and the manager complained that “I’ve had a really long day, and I should be home w my family”
We didn’t get into our room until 1am after begging — and the beds weren’t even made. They also didn’t give us any keys to our room bc the key machine was apparently not working.
Horribly disorganized and...
"The hot tub and inside pool was outside and into another building which we never found.
Hotel front desk very nice and more than accommodating.
The restaurant. First morning after an hour wait for someone to take our order, we left. 2nd morning after a 45 min wait, we left. Third times a charm???? Nope next morning we tried again, this time we received our drinks after asking for them three times. Our order came a bit faster (about 20 min) but was incorrect. It was easier to just eat it...
"Clean room, staff was friendly, fresh cookies were amazing and fresh. Only complaint was the room neighbors were complaining because we were laughing and i guess that was interrupting."
"All staff were friendly and helpful when I had a question. Night Auditor Rei was especially helpful when I arrived - and left my phone/wallet in the Uber driver's car at 00:15am. With her assistance and suggestions, I had my phone/wallet back by 2am!"
"The property needs renovations badly, well used. Very trashy on the outside, grounds not as maintained as they should be. Rooms had clean sheets but mattresses were well used and dirty. The back of the door was filthy with handprints and grime and you can see daylight under the door on both sides. Not to mention key cards (all four cards) did not work as they should , causing several walks to the office to get fixed. AC was fine. Disappointed. Overpriced. The lady at front desk was very nice and...
"Great location near the airport, Free airport shuttle, but the real story here is the staff! Front desk people were so helpful and friendly. 15th floor lounge was such a great place to hang out and the attendant there was amazing!"
"Staff was helpful both at check-in and check-out.
The property met my expectations regarding what to expect from a Hyatt Place.
We stayed at this location on our return home. We'd previously stayed at the Hyatt Place by the Albuquerque airport and it did not meet our expectations of Hyatt Place quality. We sought a new place to stay upon our return because of it."
