Room was clean as can be. Beds were comfortable. Great pool. Ideal location for good restaurants and bars. The staff were awesome. And it was a joy to be able to go to a modern day speakeasy. Overall, would strongly recommend this hotel.

A very unique hotel, simple ,but very quaint, bright colors and unique experience to stay with their speakeasy, bar and inflatable pink flamingos in their pool. and an enjoyable weekend stay.

What a cute hotel! So colorful and well maintained both the rooms and the grounds. We went to the speakeasy, ate popsicles and used the pool. Staff was sooo nice. Would stay here again!

Loved the whole vibe, the colorful decor, clean room, and friendly staff, also great location! Only complaints: Pillows were kind of lumpy, and the pool only opens at 10am with an 11am checkout, making it hard to get to use the pool. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Not bad, but also not perfect. Floors were a bit dirty but the sheets were clean. It’s an old motel from the 60s with colorful paints. Staff is friendly. Location is great. Bar is fantastic. Support a local small business and give this place a try!

There was a homeless guy standing around by the front door. He looked like he was on drugs. The staff did immediately come out and ask him if he needed anything and then he left pretty soon after. We were told after we booked that there were "additional fees" - deposit, resort fees, early check in fees, and cost for drinks if we ordered in their hidden speak easy. We did not appreciate that. Also, the parking was pretty full and thankfully we had a "parking pass" small slip of paper saying we were staying there. We did appreciate the extras like the hydration station which was a room with water bottle refill area and popsicles in a cooler. The pool area was nice. No movies shown so a little disappointed with that but did appreciate proximity to UNM college which is why we were there to visit.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Zazz! The vibe and atmosphere were so unique and memorable. The artwork and decor throughout the property were absolutely stunning and made the hotel feel creative, stylish, and full of personality. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating during my entire stay. The location was also great and very convenient. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The king-sized bed was unbelievably comfortable and felt like sleeping on a cloud! If you’re looking for a hotel with amazing aesthetics, great service, and a fun boutique-style experience, I highly recommend Hotel Zazz. I would definitely stay here again!

This a cute hotel very well located in Nob Hill. The staff is nice and friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable and spacious. I loved the decoration, the mirror in the bathroom. The bed is super comfy and the pillows are the best I have ever had. Many places to eat around and the free bus at the entrance of the hotel. The view is amazing in that street, the famous historic Route 66. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back.
