The breakfast buffet has a great selection and the bar was a nice place to relax after exploring George Town. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Handy location where you can easily walk to lots of restaurants and even a mall if you felt like it."

When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in."
