"The waffle maker was broken it should have been a sign or not even brought out to the breakfast area but the main thing was I was given a second floor room then no sooner do I get there within 20 minutes the elevator breaks goes out of order I'm an elderly woman who uses a cane instead of hit and placement and it's very difficult to walk up and down stairs I don't know how long it was out of service no one informed me whether it fixed or not so I had to walk up and down the stairs"

"Gross hotel overall. Hallway carpet ripped/torn. Smashed food that was never cleaned up. Room was falling apart. Stained all over. Bedding was so worn out it had holes in it. Saw bugs in our doorway when we were leaving. Don’t recommend 👎"
