"Ok city hotel room wasn’t the greatest"

"Excellent hotel, 10-15 walk to airport and NEC. Excellent breakfast great choices friendly staff"

"Great one night stay for a concert. Near the shops and plenty of places to eat. Staff friendly. Nice bar for a drink after travelling and easy for the train station. Would book again."

"Public areas grubby, room clean but uninviting, sink blocked, no shower gel, barely any natural light getting into room, smelt of cigarette smoke, constant noise from pipework through night. You can do better than here"

"Clean room good price excellent customer service from Stacie the night staff very professional and friendly"

"Accessible to main road, facilities and breakfast were excellent."

"Great location with plenty of parking and EV chargers which was very handy for us. Check in was handled efficiently with polite staff. Room was fine, some questionable carpet stains but generally clean and comfortable. A good hotel for a stopover in the area."

"Spacious big room and bathroom. Get a house slippers as floors very cold. If you're expecting a brew kit in the room, they dont have this. Other than that, still decent place."

"Walking distance from BHX terminal. Very conveniently located and in house restaurant and bar (24h). All I needed was a bed and a shower before a very early morning flight. The very cosy lobby was a great surplus."

"Room was spacious and clean and way parking at a discounted rate!"

"Worse than other holiday inn. 1. The bed was smaller 2. Air conditioning doesn’t work in our room 3. The sofa was not clean."

"The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from St Paul’s metro stop. The front desk staff were helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The light switches were awkwardly placed as had to switch on the bathroom light from the bedside switches. I personally don’t like wet rooms but it was a good shower. The bed was very comfortable. There’s a tea and coffee machine in reception, and tea is free."
