"Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, typisch durchschnittlich. Man merkt allerdings, dass das Hotel versucht, bei allem zu sparen. Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich, liebenswert und fleißig. Das kann ich leider nicht über das Personal an der Rezeption sagen.
Insgesamt bin ich etwas enttäuscht und glaube nicht, dass ich dieses Hotel noch einmal besuchen werde. Die Lage ist allerdings sehr schön und man ist schnell am Strand."
"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Illunion Menorca. Our room was clean and comfortable. It did feel a little more basic and dated than the pictures shown online, but that wasn’t a massive problem for us.
The kitchenette was okay, although lacked some essential utensils e.g a sharp knife, chopping board etc. We did mention this to the hotel and were told that they didn’t have any of this.
The breakfast was good with lots of variety.
There were padel courts too which was fun.

"In un primo momento, al nostro arrivo con ben 3 ore di ritardo causa Ryanair, ci viene data una stanza che era completamente l'opposto di quanto prenotato...contattato immediatamente la super Katherine, che ha risolto tutto l'indomani mattina, spostando la nostra roba nella camera che era stata prenotata...camera pulita e ben tenuta, con arredamenti essenziali ma, a mio parere, molto belli in stile minorchino. "Our stay at this hotel was great very good location for sight seeing around Mahón. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms were small but had everything you needed for a good nights sleep & we’re very clean. The on site cafe was great for breakfast & very reasonably priced for drinks later in the day."

"It was a pretty good place to stay. Not that nicest accommodation, and some parts could do with updating (eg we were excited to see a hammock outside our room - but it was covered in mildew). It was quite quiet which was nice. The staff were helpful at check in and helping to book us an early morning taxi to the airport, and the breakfast was good. La climatisation et la terrasse accessible depuis la chambre sont vraiment un plus.

La piscine de la résidence est bien mais manque de propreté certains jours.
