"room was small and I was aware when booking this hotel. they had a table with safe, found the chair for the desk not really usable as a chair, but it worked as a place to put my back pack. only complaint of the condition of the room was the peeling carpet by the bathroom as it was a tripping hazard if not aware. toiletries were very minimal one dispenser for shampoo/body wash, and one dispenser for hand soap, but again I knew this prior to booking. We stayed in dublin in April so it was still pretty cool at night and found the AC turning off during the night not a problem during our stay. overall this hotel provided the basic essentials for what I look for in a hotel room. clean bed and clean bathroom. and enjoyed having a water dispenser in teh lobby"

"Loved the old world charm of this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and the location hard to beat - within walking distance of major sights like Trinity College. The only problem was that it has no elevator; however the friendly staff offered to carry my luggage up to my room without me even having to ask."
