Clean room , friendly staff, good location, the only issue is the noise for people outside.

Room was clean but very basic. Beds are very small for 2 people. The neighbourhood around this place made me feel very nervous. The rooms were 20 degrees hotter than outside! And no A/c. Made it very uncomfortable. Good price but can see why spend a little extra and go somewhere nicer.

This property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and location was excellent for public transit, airport express and hop on hop off. There is a grocery store nearby and kitchens are well stocked with utensils, dishes etc. Would be great for a family stay with teenagers and place has great security measures in place.
The reason I give this property 5 stars is because if the staff…Keva (sp) was amazing, we were 2 senior ladies and she could not have taken better care of us. She is helpful, kind, patient, funny and just the sweetest young lady. The rest of the staff, unfortunately I don’t have names we’re all very nice.
The low rating in communication was more with Expedia.com I believe, not communicating our requests to the Hub. We tried for 2 weeks to add a day at the beginning and end of our booking and it was never addressed as far as we were told .
The location of Binary Hub is good for walking to anywhere downtown, its student dorms so the rooms were small but clean and adequate for what we needed. Large kitchen area and large comfortable common room.
Clean and accommodating. Personally and professionally escorted to my room. Helpful with my inquiries.

location was great, room was totally fine, clean except for the floor could’ve done with a sweep. we stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect as just a base to sleep. the kitchen didn’t smell great and the cupboards smelt bad when opened, plus there was opened food items left out on the kitchen table the whole time it was there so i’m unsure how often cleaners come, but it was absolutely fine for what we needed and cheaper than anything else in dublin!
it was nearby some great pubs and bars and places to eat, 20 mins walk to the city centre
The staff, especially Kievagh, was amazing was very helpful in meeting our special request after a long trip from the states. Even gave us a fan for room. Loved the Pride Celebration decor. So welcoming

Room had hairs in the sink and the bed. Mould was quite extensive in the bathroom and there was no bins or anything in the room or bathroom.
Staff were all friendly and helpful when asked for things but the room itself was quite poor.

it was nice for a short stay, there were no fans available and a window that had limited air circulation so it was difficult to go to sleep without feeling really hot. but other than that nice enough. there was no bin so we had to use a bag we got during the day.
An excellent stay, and the location is within walking distance of Heuston Station, the Guinness Brewery, the airport coach pickups, the River Liffey and primary tourist attractions like Christ Church, Trinity College and St.Patrick's. I had requested an early check in, and when I arrived all was ready and the designated key available at the desk. I had the room with ensuite bathroom. The room itself is tiny - it is a student hostel, after all - but the common area for the apartments is generous, and has all the amenities (fridge, hob, toaster, microwave, TV) and a collection of utensils and cutlery. Like many places in Europe, no fan and no air-conditioning, which can make it a bit uncomfortable deign peak summer (end June / July). Staff is polite, friendly, and produces required items (towels, sheets, electric iron) readily when requested. If you're not going to hang around your room all day, and mostly require a place to sleep, this is a great choice. A little expensive for travellers from South Asia, where the exchange rate to the Euro pinches our pockets a bit - but pays for itself in lots of other little ways.
The room was not clean; there was a thick layer of dust everywhere. Staff has no idea where you can park a car or not. Anytime we asked any question, the answer was “sorry I am not sure”. They give you small vials of shampoo and conditioner but no hand soap or body wash. A single towel per guest and can’t request more. One of the shampoo vials we got was half used and they wouldn’t give us another fresh one. Very poor experience and honestly would not recommend to anyone.
