"There was a general feeling the reception staff were under pressure. Calling you up the check in and then passing you off to other staff member one minute later (1st of May) far right desk. It would have been better just to wait until a desk was free that could do a full check in. I also don't appreciate being greeting with a clip board at a run from the enterance at 00:50. And then passed off to reception without any sort of courtesy as they couldn't fine my name on a list. Just made me feel slightly unwelcome. As someone who stays in the area afton but never at this hotel it was a disappointment to a general excellent feeling from all other services. Room 539,"

"If you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. The hallways are so loud, everything echos so you’ll hear people going up and down, wasted and slamming doors until 2am. I had to walk outside and ask people to be quiet several times. The location is great and the rooms are big but it’s not worth the price. I would look elsewhere. "

"The front desk staff was really nice about checking our bags in early and leaving them for the day. The rooms are old so there is no air conditioning. There are also no screens in the windows when you open them. Our room was pretty quiet as far as nosiness from the hall. The area is perfect. "
