"Good location to visit surrounding areas. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and a standard cabin for 2 nights. Comfortable room sizes. Pool could use couple more chairs or loungers for guests to use. Landscaping opportunities around the property to alleviate less mud build-up might want to be considered. Easy check-in, check out. Suggest pack food, or have a set of wheels to get to the few available restaurants."

"We did not stay at the Daintree Wilderness due to Expedia overbooking at this hotel. The staff at Daintree Wilderness tried unsuccessfully to notify us and unsolicited found us another hotel nearby to stay Cockatoo hotel which was lovely the owner was gracious and helpful and the room had a large window overlooking the forest. "Very happy with the bungalow we had. It was perfect for a couple and we loved being in the rainforest. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hosts were also great. Our flight was delayed and we were arriving later than anticiapted but they were able to accommodate a later check in on short notice.
