"Stained old curtains and bed cover, dirty paint work, damp patch on ceiling, sink and shelf in bathroom both cracked. Couldn’t put shower on full strength as it would back up, very thin toilet paper. Carpet stain. Dirty marks on walls. Wallpaper coming away from wall by window. Elevators for 2 persons only - sometimes only one working. I took many pictures because it was totally disgusting yes they are renovating but these rooms should not be used in such a state."

"Beautiful location, lovely village and park across the road. Very safe for children to walk around the village. Though mine just stayed in the park. The staff at this hotel are very well mannered, attentive and successful in what they do regardless of obvious pressures. A bit disappointed there wasn't any danishes available before breakfast had finished at the early time of 930am. Plenty of cereals, toast and jams with plenty of coffee that you can takeaway"

"The property is mixed bunkhouse and other room types. We booked the suite which was very roomy and comfortable. The vibe is very relaxed with a bit of a backpacker feeling. There is a friendly bar and the breakfast was a combo of self serve and custom breakfast. Staff were super friendly and accompanied. It is close to lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would go back."

"From the moment we were picked up from the train station by Louie we were made to feel very welcome all the staff friendly and amazing, I had my birthday weekend and we loved it ! Had a 2 bedroom chalet and it was perfect had some lovely views , the spa area was fantastic we enjoyed a swim, sauna and steam room and a relaxing time used the facilities twice.
