"We greatly enjoyed our time here! Room was spacious, clean, and the oversized shower was very pleasant. Beds were comfortable and there was a convenient water refill station on the second floor in addition to a microwave and breakfast station on the bottom floor. The property is close to Point Pelee National Park and there is ample parking. Was perfect for participating in the Festival of Birds, getting to Kingsville, and close to Leamington restaurants. Highly recommend anyone to stay here."

"Great property...great location in a great small town close by to the Point Pelee Park entrance. There's a great community park with beach access to Lake Erie right across the street from property as well. Plenty of close-by access to local restaurants, groceries and anything you might need. "This was the most comfortable stay I have had anywhere. Richard supplies everything you need, from major appliances, all the way down to ziplock baggies. Pay the same price as a hotel in the area, but got a whole entire top floor of a beautiful house. The beds were super comfortable. Enjoyed the free wifi and the large wall mounted Tv. The house is in a beautiful area close to town and Point Pelee. Both about 5 minutes away. We will be staying again and have told may friends and family about...
