The property was clean and rooms were nicely renovated. The staff was courteous and helpful. My only complaint was that the rooms were very damp, however I am not sure if this is typical or was just due to the hot and humid weather.

Our room was very clean, pet friendly, we appreciated that there was no carpeting to worry about, we walk the dog and are in and out a little more than we would be on our own o we do worry about bringing a little dirt back in on our shoes. The staff were great to deal with and knowledgeable about the area. Nice large parking spaces close to our room. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. A place we would recommend to anyone.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, efficient rooms (a bit on a small side - Queen room ) with quiet A/C and nice tiled shower. Pretty outdoor flower barrels. Convenient location in Leamington. Would stay again, thank you.

As good as you’ll find in the “motel” category. Fairly priced, clean and modernly appointed. Small annoyances- guidance re A/C controls and TV would be helpful. Definitely would stay again.

We stopped in for one night so did not use any amenities. Air conditioning was good. Room however smelt musty, was a lot of wood bugs both alive & dead on floors & in shower. Bed was jerry-rigged together & every time you moved it groaned. No sleep. If not due to time restraints we would have checked out.

We stayed two nights in room 119. Very clean and lots of towels. Decor is reactively new however nicks and dents in furniture diminished the overall look a bit. There were no hooks or racks for hanging coats. Lots of drawers. Hot water for shower took a long time to heat up. Nice bathroom decor and good shower head. Great location to walk into town. Leamington is gateway to Point Pelee National park which was the reason for staying. Nice afternoon staff however both mornings there was no one in the office. We left at 10:00 and had to leave the card keys with the room cleaner who happened to be near our room. The owners have been doing a lot to modernize the motel just not fully there yet based on our room. It is definetly a step above the usual old motels. We would stay again.
