"We were unable to get into our room till over an hour after check in time. Their reason was I picked an accessible room and the people beige us requested to stay late. That should not have kept us from being able to get into our room at check in time. The staff was rude and kept saying that I booked through a third party. Which they didn’t seem to be happy about. The pool was a mess, which we ended up not using. Will not stay at this hotel again in the future. "

"Lobby had trash on the floor, like paper and napkins, straws, looked like it needed to be vacuumed. Trash was in the hallway in the same spot my whole 2 night stay, smelled bad. My room was clean and it was quiet which I enjoyed. Nothing to do or eat in walking distance or close driving. Check in & check out was pleasant. "

"Overall, everything was great. I just had to go down to get some towels. I would recommend this place to everyone."
