"Excellent customer services at Check in and throughout the stay. Great location, 2 minute walk from strain station. Really effective sound proofing and amazing breakfast choices, really good veg option. Would recommend."

"Stayed here before the Great North Run, convenient for the A1 and a short drive into Durham. Clean property with helpful staff"

"Clean and tidy hotel. Location was perfect and price reasonable."

"Great staff, restaurant and breakfast"

"I was disappointed with my experience, particularly given the high standards I associate with Hilton. The level of customer service fell well below expectations. Great location for Metro Centre and very close to bus stop for Newcastle. We had a lovely time."

"Decent hotel within walking distance of the airport. Fairly cheap too. I would definitely use again."

"موقع الفندق ممتاز في نفس مبنى كليفلاند مول بالاضافه قربه من المطاعم الحلال والخدمات"

"Lovely hotel. Great value for money in a lively student area."
