"I did not receive the room that I paid for, the family Suite, with multiple beds. When I made the reservations online 2 days before my arrival, the room was available. Once I arrived at the hotel, 3 hours away from my home, I was told the room was under maintenance. It would have been nice if the hotel had emailed about this issue, as I really needed the bunk beds that were missing."
