The room was kind of a dumb for a Hyatt, broken furniture rugs stick it up in the air they only changed my towels twice in 2 weeks and came in to clean once. The staff was great aren't you at the front desk was wonderful and so were the two Ashley's at the bar.

This hotel is undergoing renovations, and yet, it was cleaned and the staff was very nice. They have a good breakfast although I was always late and would not enjoy it much. The cleaning ladies were pleasant and very helpful. Gil of Boston

I will be staying here every time I come home to Augusta. It’s convenient to 1-20 west and it was really nice. They were upgrading and painting when we arrived and cleaning the outside. I loved to see that. Let’s me know they are up innit the place looks rather new so this must me a maintenance routine. Wonderful.

The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself. We were switched to a better room across the hall, the service worker got us a luggage cart, and offered to move our stuff. We declined his offer as we were capable of doing it smother ourselves. What didn't I like? Both rooms (and the room we had at this very hotel the precious week) don't have gnarled/ textured safety bars in the showers - even in the handicapped rooms.

Given the fact that they are remodeling, it could be better. The first room we had had no place to hang clothing and the paint smell was terribly strong. The young lady at the desk was quick to change our room. There was a lot of construction equipment just sitting in the lobby and the carpet had trash in several places. The staff were very nice and helpful.
