"Although the hotel is somewhat wheelchair accessible, the ramp from the front lobby to the elevators are fairly inclined and can be hazardous to an unfortunate inconvenienced person, as in too much luggage, and/or kids, in addition to accompanying a wheelchaired co-traveler that needs assistance with their chair. I wasn't able to make it to breakfast, so I can't give my opinion on this side of it. Otherwise, the staff, cleanliness, and overall comfort or, comodez o comodidad, in Spanish, was...

"Our stay was very disappointing. On the first night, the sheets smelled strongly of sweat and dampness. We called for help, but no one answered the phone, and the sheets were not changed that night. We ended up sleeping without sheets even though it was very cold. A staff member came to change them the next morning, but the replacement sheets also smelled terribly of sweat. Breakfast was disappointing as well. We were told that the person who prepared it was sick, so only bagels, coffee, and...

"The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided a great first impression; however, our stay went downhill rapidly from there. We were placed on the 3rd floor with an obstructed view, meaning we couldn't see the ocean as expected. Upon entering, we found the cooktop dirty and uncleaned, requiring us to clean it ourselves. "This property has amazing customer services. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. They have an indoor and outdoor bar, and they offer guest credits daily during the stay. The only issue is that this is a pet friendly hotel and some areas had a slight pet smell. Not a dirty or unclean smell, just a pet smell, but not loud and profound. I would pick it again though."

"It is a very old hotel. That I understand. But everything should be working. The television in my room did not work and the bathtub did not drain. My room was changed once I complained. The staff was friendly"

"Habitación limpia, personal muy amable"

"Great hotel! Friendly staff!"

"Hotel pequeño pero tiene happy hour 5-7 limpio y personal Amable"

"Súper bien"

"Family owned business. Nice pool friendly staff and free parking."

"The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and very professional. The breakfast was fresh, well-cooked, and everything was fresh. The only problem was the side area of he hotel because the water from Laguna was overflowing the street. The valet parking employees were very professional and helpful."

"Everything was good"
