"Above all else was the hospitality of the staff: although they have an 11:00PM cut off time for checking in, when I found out that I would not arrive until 1:00AM because my flight was cancelled and I was put on a flight 5 hours later, I e-mailed them and they immediately agreed to take me in. When I arrived the door was open, the key was hanging on a hook at the desk and all was right in my world. That is really service in my book.

"We loved the tour of the facility and our room. Help with parking was so useful for ease of getting out of the lot. My wife needed medicine kept cold and ice packs frozen and had no issues having this done for us. Because we were leaving before breakfast a to go meal was provided for us."
"This is a great B&B, close to the Gill's Bay ferry, and easy to find. The owners were very helpful and explained all of the room functions. The breakfast was amazing. Great place to stay the night before a ferry crossing. I had to good runs from the property that didn't require running on the main road, so it felt safe."
"Great place to stay in Wick, literally a home away from home. Bread, butter, milk and biscuits was a pleasant surprise on arrival. Every amenity you could expect. The apartment was warm, comfortable; the shower piping hot and the wifi signal strong. Plenty of parking space and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Communication excellent and responsive throughout. Highly recommended."
"Our stay was great. We were delayed into town due to a canceled flight but Callum was there when we arrived and promptly showed us to our room. Our room was clean and sufficient for our needs. The area is good for walking around Wick. We didn’t have a chance to have a drink in the bar as it was closed the two evenings we were there. I would recommend and we plan to return again "
"Very welcoming friendly owners and clean spacious room. Cake and drink offered on arrival. Very quiet area and comfortable bed made this a lovely stay. Plenty of space to park and easy to find. Breakfast was fabulous too."
