"While the hotel itself was nice, if a little noisy, it was well located and had a lovely terrace area.
Unfortunately, our experience was let down by how the hotel handled an issue with our room. We'd specifically paid extra for a room with a bathtub, as we were arriving after a multi-day hike and were looking forward to a relaxing bath. However, when we arrived, we were given a downgraded room without one.
When we raised this with the staff, they weren't particularly helpful. I gathered that...
"We had booked a room with a queen size bed, and only ended up getting a double bed for our two nights stay. The bed was not very comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The one morning our excursion left at 4 AM. They made sure we had sandwiches and water to take with us in place of the complementary breakfast.
Would stay there again, but would make sure we ended up with a queen size room"

"This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I arrived at 9 p.m. with a reservation for a Junior Suite with a jacuzzi. I was then told that the room had a broken sink, without having been notified beforehand. I was also told that I could not use the jacuzzi, although I saw no such restriction in the Hotels.com listing or my reservation.
When I disputed this, I was not given access to a room and waited in the lobby while the front desk attempted to address the situation. I eventually left and...
"Hotel is located 10 mins ride from popular tourist attractions in Cusco. Uber was available within mins. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Front desk was very helpful. Self Laundry service at the hotel was offered for 45 soles per load which includes detergent and softener. There are several wash and fold services in walking distance of the hotel for reasonable prices and they deliver the clothes to the lobby. Breakfast spread for great with live omelette station and some local dishes to try."
"Really cute hotel located on Cusco’s main square with walking distance to touristic attractions, shops and restaurants and yet very quiet. Our rooms were quiet, clean and had comfortable beds. I recommend eating at the hotel’s restaurant, not only for convenience but their food is pretty good and service was prompt. The hotel staff was kind and helpful."
"This place is really GREAT! the Lobby and room are full of furniture with an at HOME feel. our room was on the third floor with a great view and small deck to sit out on at night or early morning. Breakfast was fantastic! And most all the high point to walk to are just 10 minutes away!"
