"Très bon accueil. Il y a de la place dans le parking qui est gratuit. Lit confortable. Chambre bien isolée de la route passante, on n’entend pas du tout les voitures.
Seul point négatif la salle de bain qui n’a pas encore été refaite. Mais nous y retournerons certainement pour une halte 1 nuit c’est très correct pour le prix."

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us navigate around. The hotel is in a great spot very close to the citadel, there is also a new laundromat on the same block.

"A great stopover on our journey through France! The hotel was conveniently located to visit the medieval city and accessible from main roads in and out of Carcassonne. It was clean and modern with really helpful,friendly staff. The pool was a real bonus on a very hot day and we loved the grapevines lining the path into reception! Not seen that before!

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol.
Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....
"The hotel has lived way past his prime and it shows. If you even seen an American movie with an old motel well this one can be used today if you want to make a remake. The AC works but stinks up the room, there is not one item in the hotel or room that should not have been replaced years ago. The internet is so slow you think you are back in the time of modems and is completely unusable even for checking email (streaming services apparently are not known here). "Our short, one night stay was pain free other than the climb to the third floor.
The room was clean and well appointed and the air conditioner was functional for the main cabin of room 20.
Parking on site for 14 Euro made everything easy!"
"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."
