"Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel lost power for over 4 hours, leaving guests without lights, air conditioning, or the ability to charge their devices. I had to sit in my car just to charge my phone because there was no power in my room. The complimentary breakfast was just as bad. "I arrived after hours, my flight was delayed. I had to call down an attendant to check me in... I had to call her twice after waiting 20 minutes. The entire lobby smelled of Marijuana. There is not standard lobby, without a key card, you cannot just walk in, so if you need to order food, you must go open. Attendant had a Terrible attitude. The room was another thing. TV did not work, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, bathroom door had a hole as if someone punched it?"

"This hotel was incredibly clean and had very friendly staff. I needed to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate me in my same room. The hotel offers plenty of parking, a restaurant, and easy access to the nearby freeways. Would definitely stay again."
