"Front desk manager did not appear to want to answer any questions. Poor attitude. We checked-in 2 bags before our room was ready - she only gave us 1 ticket. We were told that we would be texted if a room was ready before 3pm, but we were not notified (even though we were able to check-in at 2pm, with the assistance of a friendly front desk associate)."

"The room had a huge hole in the wall that was not addressed until 2 days later. Room was not that clean as would expect and I did have to wipe down desk and stand where many fridge. Disappointed in my experience"

"Very nice hotel stayed in a different one not far from this one last year and this one was way better and a little cheaper"

"Room was clean. Mattress was sunk in. Outside the entrance is a little sketchy during night time hours. Need security to keep an eye on this. Cost is also very high for location."

"First of all, we got there 30 minutes early and we had to pay an extra $30 to check in for early, which is unbelievable because I’ve never had that fee before and two. It’s not like the room wasn’t ready. We went right up to our room and it seemed to be ready. The other thing is the room although I know the style is somewhat a stare.
