"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Housekeeping was extremely poor, leaving even the beds unmade. The reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in providing good service. We practically had to beg the receptionist to finish her phone call just to check out, and she handled it with a terrible attitude. Very disappointing experience. Zhangjiajie is an extraordinary city, and I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and customer service."

We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with friendly, efficient service and a seamless check-in process. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay with plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a quiet atmosphere that allowed for a great night’s sleep.
The hotel itself is tastefully designed, with stylish common areas and...
