"Dont stay here. The property is not in the location listed on Expedia. The beds are like a wood plank with a bed cover. The dust under the beds was thick and grimey. The photos are not recent. The owners are nice, but its not what you think youre paying for based off the photos. "

"This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed."

The homemade breakfast was a delightful start to each day, healthy and delicious options. The staff went above and beyond by recommending several amazing activities around the area, which helped us plan our itinerary efficiently. Thanks to their advice, we managed to see all the must-visit spots in just two days. One unique highlight was the hotel’s impressive collection of traditional outfits that guests can try on for free—such a fun and memorable experience! We also highly recommend booking a local tour guide, either Chinese or English-speaking, as it truly saves time and enhances your exploration of Zhangjiajie.
