"A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. "

"The place was very untidy. I felt they are not ready to handle a full house guest. Maybe that's the reason the service was poor. Rooms on the ground floors are very untidy. There were some suspicion about bed bugs by some other boarders so they changed the rooms for them but gave the same room to us and while we asked the same option then they told us that there are no rooms available. One of the room we found dead cockroach lying on the floor. Service I can understand Capacity issue but...
