"Great overnight stay"

"Was disappointed when there wasn’t a room with a bathtub even though their photos show bath/shower combo. Manager said they’re broken. Brought a bath bomb to relax. Also their site says a coffee maker in every room. That’s laughable, they did have a coffee maker but no coffee or filters, never seen anything like this. We would only stay here as a last resort!!"

"The room I was in the floor was dirty and the stuff very unprofessional. The towels were dirty the good thing I had brought my own things like towels blankets pillows I didn't even get into the underneath the sheets because I didn't feel safe to do so. I was a single traveler just went out there for Mount Shasta experience. Next time I will get a Hotel on one of the resorts but those are expensive too"

"Room was clean as was the entire property. Easy to find off the main road. Appreciate the late night check in."

"Indoor pool was supposed to be heated and was not. Continental breakfast was nothing special. Property was pretty rundown. Room key kept demagnetizing, heard someone say oh that happens all the time. * * room was very dirty. Dog hair on the floor as well as in the tub and on the chair.. took a handful dog hair to the front desk and they were nice enough to want to move us to a better room.. while at the front desk, some other lady came up and said her room was dirty. 😞"

"This is NOT a 7. More like a 5. One blanket on a cold night, one washcloth, one hand towell, no bath mat, no blackout curtains, plus freeway noise. Never staying here again."

"Phone was unplugged, had to use my cell phone to call for Wi-Fi and PWD, should have been mentioned at check in. Very slow internet service. For the price, it was okay."

"Nothing wrong with the room I guess. You get what you pay for, although for the price I paid I'd like not to press up against the curtains to get out of bed. The shower & mirror were really short, but I'm tall, so I know that's a me problem. Lesson? You get what you pay for. Maybe spend the extra 50, 60 bucks & be comfortable next time."
