Very friendly staff and good continental breakfast. Looks like they renovating the rooms and they are in need of it. Our room was okay but it had a smell and the AC was loud so we turned it off and it got pretty hot in the room. Right off I5, convenient and many restaurants nearby.

We had an clean and nicely furnished spacious room. Breakfast was better than the other two places during this trip, with nuts & dried berries to add to oatmeal/ cereals and well seasoned potato pieces. We felt warmth in every touch. We got to park right outside of our room.

The first room smelled like smoke but the attendant was able to move us quickly. The room had some paint samples on the wall but it was clean and comfortable. The free snacks and breakfast were good. It's a nice hotel.

this is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I absolutely love it! It’s centrally located, with plenty of good restaurants all around (I recommend Strings Italian food few block blocks away in old town. The hotel room is extremely clean, with comfortable bed and perfect pillows. It has a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave, which is almost never available these days. The breakfast spread is really complete with fresh made food. The owners and their staff are really sweet.

Hotel staff was friendly and did their best to make our stay great. The only downside was we asked three times for them to get the TVs working and even after three attempts we still had no working TVs. The property is in the middle or renovations but overall we liked our room well.
