"First, I would advise anyone with a bigger body not to book this place. I struggled to fit into the box-sized toilet which I consider too small.
Second, both toilet and bath in my room does not have ventilation, making all the steam and smells to remain in the room after use.
Third, dirty towels removed from the room where left on the walk way floors. This isn't right for infection control.
Finally, the staff seemed unfriendly...."

"Very pleasant stay, the bedroom and bathroom was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.
There was entertainment later on (two singers) and both were very good.
There is a function room on the lower ground which was being used, however this was not a problem and didn't disturb us.
Our room was quiet.
The bedrooms are dated and tired but functional, but this would not stop me staying there again.
I cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat there.

"Horrible experience. They gave me the wrong code for the lock box so I wasn’t able to get in until 645 pm. The place was a mess as well. When I finally got into my room it reeked of weed. When I told them about this they told me just to light a candle. I left and asked for a refund immediately, and they stopped responding until Expedia got involved. Then they eventually denied it. Awful service, gross place"
"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were noticeable yellow stains on the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bedding was unhygienic and didn't feel clean at all. I definitely would not recommend staying here."
