"Great location, clean, easy walkable to beach, use of pool etc. Very confusing when booking in Expedia is that the place wants a €200 deposit. Not mentioned when you book but mentioned in the multiple confusing emails after you have booked. Hey ho. Nice place thou to stay."
"All the staff were very helpful and kind and polite all the time .
The lady at the front desk was specially, Marianne .
Thanks a lot our vacation were better with them"
"Had a great time at Frentomar with a nice room and fantastic seaview with a large balcony. All the staff were lovely and sorted us a later check out on our last day as well as a transfer to the airport.
All in all, a great stay in Albufeira and would definitely come back to Frentomar again."
"Le plus intéressant c'était le calme aux alentours, même si les commerces et les restos sont pas loins, et les deux piscines sont très utiles pour occuper les infants."
"Very close to airport and does the job.
Shares facilities were all cleaned well and staff were very helpful with check in info. Did get a bit hot though due to lack of air con but fans were provided."
"Reception is not manned…… no water one night so could not speak to anyone to get it sorted also if you like your sleep do not stay here guests shouting all night from 1am till 8am most nights terrible"
"We originally booked a studio, but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and well maintained. The interior is a little dated in places, but everything was clean and tidy, so this didn’t bother us at all.
The beds and bedding were excellent, and the bathroom was great with a good shower. The kitchen is quite basic, but that wasn’t an issue for us.
Breakfast is small-scale but well presented, with everything you need. We also enjoyed relaxing...
"No directions on how to enter the building.
Took far too long for anyone from the property to give me details about how to get in to the property.
Took far too long to receive the wifi password (over 1 hour, and I had to contact Expedia to get in touch with the property to receive it.)
Dark hallways with no lights.
No one at reception desk."
"Me cobraron 235 euros por NINGÚN SERVICIO. Un error de la página web que cambió las fechas sin avisarme: no quiso el gerente devolverme 235 euros, açunación faltando 8 DÍAS para el día que empezaba la reserva. Muy injusto."
