"No parking and location is not nice."

"Everything was clean. Great customer service walking distance from City of Gods Festival."

"The location is great because of it's access to Prospect Park and subway stations, though it's on a strip and surrounded storage companies and car rentals. The room was very clean and well laid out, but quite spartan: slate floors without carpeting, no closet, just a few hooks on the wall, one overhead light but no desk lamp or bedside lamp. The beds were comfortable, although the pillow were all strangely half size. Overall, it sufficed for our trip and was worth the price."

"Not a real 4 star hotel....more like a 3 star! But hey, not bad for Brooklyn."

"Entrance and elevator smelled"

"Very noisy, doors constantly being slammed late at night. No air conditioning, staff were nice but lacked attentiveness."

"Brooklyn 5th avenue is a place that has everything and is easily accessible through multiple means of transportation. The Phoenix 🐦‍🔥 is at the center of it all. Clean rooms.. hot water.. heat and ac. Parking! The staff was great and the desk and the cleaning ladies did excellent job. I will definitely come back. No I'm not a BOT. I'm a retiree. I felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely come back next time I feel the need to see Broadway again."

"There was no plug-in in the room for a cell phone."

"Its a modest hotel if ur looking to stay close to the south Brooklyn area"
