"Property is well maintained. Friendly staff. The last time we stayed , the room was much cleaner. This time, not so much. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Good lobby area set up. Does have a washer and dryer area for those staying a bit longer. Highly recommend a stay here."

"Great place to stay! Everything was clean and in order. WiFi and tv’s worked well and golf cart was a nice plus. Not much for staple supplies (salt/pepper, etc.) but I suppose that’s the way it is nowadays. Would stay there again if in the area. "

"The house was not very clean. There were Globs of hair in the showers.. after walking around for about 30 minutes the bottoms of your socks were black.. the furniture and rug was extremely stained. The furniture felt like it was wet but it wasn't it was just from the body oils or filth that is built up on the fabric. There were minimal trash bags in the facility for final cleanup. "Wonderful week at the beach on 30a! The house was perfect for our family of 10. Close to the beach access, we rented a golf cart for convenience. The kitchen was well equipped, more than what was expected was there. (Could use a blender and a vegetable peeler). Plenty of beds/baths/space for 3 couples and 4 kids! The neighborhood is not crowded and is quiet. We will be back!!"

"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "
